pricing and minimum

Minimum opening order is $200. Reorder is $75. Any order shipped directly to customer (drop shipping) is subject to a 20% fee. Please note that any order that does not meet the minimum will be cancelled, unless other arrangements have been made.

payment

Payment for a first time order must clear before items ship. Payment is taken through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. Company checks are also accepted, but must clear before order ships. Email savannah@savviestudio.com for more information on checks. Net 30 terms are not offered to first time orders.

turnaround

Average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. We work hard to make sure that you can get your order sooner if possible. After order has been placed, you will receive an email with the estimated ship date. Please email savannah@savviestudio.com if you would like to request that your order arrives by a certain date, or an updated lead time quote.

shipping

All domestic orders ship via USPS unless requested otherwise. Shipping cost is estimated by order weight. If the esitmate is more than actual shipping cost, the buyer will be refunded the difference. Feel free to reach out for an estimated shipping quote before purchase. All orders ship from Denton, Texas.

late payments

Late payments are subject to an 18% annual finance charge. After 90 days, unpaid invoices will be submitted to a collection agency.

cancellation

Any canceled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

returns and exchanges

Returns may be made on any damaged merchandise within 20 days of order arrival. Return requests must be submitted in writing, via email. Exchanges may be made on merchandise in pristine condition within one year of purchase. All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

repairs

We believe in handmade goods that are meant to last. Any merchandise that is subject to manufacturers defect is eligible for repair or replacement free of charge. This offer is good within one year of purchase. Repairs due to customer damage is subject to a small repair fee.

confidentiality

Buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms and conditions confidential. Wholesale pricing, terms and conditions should not be published or discussed with other parties by the buyer under any circumstance.
